Feed management

The Beeftech Feed Management System encompasses several key modules:

• Feed Management: A core module for general feed-related operations.
• Feed Production: Focuses on the manufacturing aspects of feed.
• Feed Mill Management: Manages the feed mill operations and distribution.
• Mill Automation: Provides automated control over various mill components.

The system tracks cattle movement through feeding stages and offers in-depth reporting, including average daily intake per ration. It is designed to be easily operated by feedlot laborers while providing sufficient control and alerts for managers.

Feed Mill Management and Mill Automation

The Beeftech Mill is a manufacturing module that provides a complete, yet uncomplicated, feed mixing system to produce well-mixed rations for the feedlot. It can be fully automated with panel boards for electronic control of:

• Augurs
• Hoppers
• Inline belt feeders
• Bin/silo storage
• Stationary mixers
• Multiple weigh stations
• Automated front-end loaders

It includes micro mixer control for manufacturing pre-mixes used in the final product. The system interacts with the main Feedlot management system. The Feed Mill Management system specifically allows setting and sending rations to feed wagons, monitoring feed distribution, and alerting operators to slow down or stop feed distribution using visual and audible signals. The Dispatcher Module provides an office view of the feeding process.
